Location: Silvassa

Notice Period: Immediate or within 30 days.

Responsibility:

• Material Planning & Follow up with Vendors for All Engg. Spares and Other Consumable Items.

• GRN Closing / GRN Submission / Inventory Storage / Stock Report / Stock Control.

• Making RDC and NRDC and closing it according to the systems.

• To maintain MSL stock according to the consumption of Engineering and consumable items.

• Preparing weekly delivery schedule for suppliers & follow up for Timely Delivery as per Plant Requirement.

• To coordinate with Suppliers and HO in case of any Discrepancy found in the supplier documents with respect to Purchase Order (PO) and fix the issues accordingly.

• To submit the stock statement to Accounts as per Requirements.

• To Ensure all Daily MIS Report Submission of Stores to all Concern Dept. On time.
