Location: Silvassa

Notice Period: Immediate or within 30 days.

Responsibility:

Material Planning & Follow up with Vendors for All Engg. Spares and Other Consumable Items.

GRN Closing / GRN Submission / Inventory Storage / Stock Report / Stock Control.

Making RDC and NRDC and closing it according to the systems.

To maintain MSL stock according to the consumption of Engineering and consumable items.

Preparing weekly delivery schedule for suppliers & follow up for Timely Delivery as per Plant Requirement.

To coordinate with Suppliers and HO in case of any Discrepancy found in the supplier documents with respect to Purchase Order (PO) and fix the issues accordingly.

To submit the stock statement to Accounts as per Requirements.

To Ensure all Daily MIS Report Submission of Stores to all Concern Dept. On time.
