KEY Skills: Lead and mentor the EI&C team to deliver efficient and fit-for-purpose plant designs. Oversee design compliance with relevant international and industry standards. Act as technical point of contact for EI&C with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Support tendering: review client specs, prepare clarifications, evaluate vendor quotes. Assist operations & maintenance teams with troubleshooting and lessons learned. Drive technical development, coaching and continuous improvement in EI&C engineering. Promote quality, safety, and best practices in all deliverables. Support multi-location engineering collaboration. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters or chartered credentials desirable) Experience: 15+ years in LV/ELV electrical systems, PLC/telemetry, instrumentation & control Proven background in water, heavy industry, or mining preferred Strong project management and supervisory skills In-depth knowledge of electrical standards, codes, compliance Hands-on experience in design, testing, commissioning, power studies, relay settings, arc flash, earthing, lightning protection, and control systems Proficient with tools such as PowerCAD, ETAP, DesignBase, CDEG, CAD Skills: Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills Strong customer orientation and commercial awareness (CAPEX/OPEX balance) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Willingness to travel occasionally Let me know if you’d like a version formatted for a LinkedIn post or an internal requisition!
