Lead and mentor the EI&C team to deliver efficient and fit-for-purpose plant designs.
Oversee design compliance with relevant international and industry standards. Act as technical point of contact for EI&C with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Support tendering: review client specs, prepare clarifications, evaluate vendor quotes. Assist operations & maintenance teams with troubleshooting and lessons learned. Drive technical development, coaching and continuous improvement in EI&C engineering. Promote quality, safety, and best practices in all deliverables. Support multi-location engineering collaboration.
