Support the planning, coordination, and management of daily production operations within the chemical plant.
Ensure production targets, schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved.Monitor and enhance production processes to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce downtime.Supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing leadership, training, and motivation to maintain high performance.Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment in line with regulatory and company standards.Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the supply chain to ensure timely availability.Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.Support Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance product quality.Generate regular production reports, analyzing key metrics such as output, efficiency, quality, and safety.Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Participate in audits and inspections, maintaining adherence to regulatory and internal standards.Assist in preparing and managing production budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.Collaborate closely with R&D, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
