Assistant/Deputy Manager_Solar O&M

You are invited to join our team at Ilios Power Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for Solar Operations & Maintenance at our head office in Hyderabad. As an ideal candidate with 6-8 years of experience in the solar energy sector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations, ensuring optimal plant performance, and leading maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of solar power plants to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for key equipment such as solar modules, inverters, SCBs/SMBs, HT panels, and transformers. Supervising O&M teams, coordinating site activities, and monitoring plant performance data using SCADA systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize plant output, reduce downtime, and ensure operational excellence is essential. You will need to ensure that all O&M activities adhere to industry safety protocols and regulations, manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with vendors for timely repairs, and provide regular reports on plant performance to senior management. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 4-7 years of experience in solar O&M, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in SCADA systems, strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are required.
