Assistant Zonal Head - Business Development (Luxury Jewelry)

The role of Assistant Zonal Head involves supporting the Zonal Head in driving business growth, overseeing sales teams, and implementing strategies to enhance the brand's presence and revenue within the designated region. You will be instrumental in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets and providing support in managing and leading regional sales teams to enhance their performance. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities, as well as assist in organizing marketing campaigns and brand-building activities. Ensuring the smooth execution of sales and operational strategies within the region and delivering regular reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges will be essential to your role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or support role. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are prerequisites for this role, and knowledge of the jewelry industry would be considered a plus. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus incentives. The job requires in-person work at the designated location.
