Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining production sets with lights, props, and camera equipment.
  
• Support video shoots and handle on-ground production tasks.
  
• Operate and assist with

  camera handling, framing, focus, and basic lighting adjustments

  during shoots.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe handling of cameras, lenses, and accessories.
  
• Work on basic video editing, image retouching, and post-production enhancements.
  
• Coordinate with the production team and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  
• Help with pre-production activities such as scheduling, equipment setup, and logistics.
  
• Maintain production files, assets, and records.
  

Requirements & Skills

• Basic knowledge of

  DSLR/mirrorless cameras, framing, and shooting techniques

  .
• Understanding of lighting techniques and video/photo production.
  
• Familiarity with video editing software and production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop preferred).
  
• Computer savvy with good organizational and multitasking ability.
  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  
• Prior exposure through academic projects, internships, or freelance work is a plus.
