8-15 yrs Experienced in credit risk modeling for retail unsecured products (Credit card,personal loan) , Advance SAS,Python
With good communication and presentation skills
Strong creative/innovative skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Preference will be given to prior experience with Underwriting scorecard,Behavioural scorecard,Collections modeling for credit card or Personal loan.

The basic responsibilities of the individual will be:
Project Management and Mentoring Junior members
Ensure team is updated with latest regulatory changes and modeling guidelines
Buildng new models, Model Re-alignment, Re-calibration
Provide actionable analytical solutionns for business problems
Analytics on Credit Risk Models and Risk Management Analytics
