Job Description

responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance within the restaurant environment

Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and update training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training programs, focusing on areas like service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the organization, working with restaurant managers to understand specific requirements.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring engaging and effective delivery to diverse groups of employees.
Training Calendar Management:
Develop and maintain a training calendar to ensure timely delivery of all training programs and initiatives.
Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as assessments, feedback sessions, and performance data analysis, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Learning Management System (LMS):
Manage and update the LMS, ensuring that all training materials are accessible and up-to-date.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including restaurant managers, HR, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of training with business goals and to communicate training updates and progress.
Mentorship and Coaching:
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development and enhance their performance.
