Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Manage meetings, calendars, follow-ups, documentation, greetings, and minutes for clients and active deals.
• Team Support: Track deals and team progress, ensuring proper documentation.
• Document Preparation: Draft and edit presentations, reports, and pitch materials.
• Communication: Proofread and draft business correspondence with flawless English.
• Operations: Handle filing, document management, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Research: Conduct research as needed.
• Calling: Meeting setup/information calls/ cold calls.
