Assistant Technical Support (MOBILE)

You are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Technical Support professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile repairing. Your role will involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving mobile hardware and software issues to ensure excellent technical service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Perform diagnosis and repairs of smartphones (hardware & software). - Assist senior technicians in complex repairs and escalated issues. - Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. - Ensure proper handling and care of tools, equipment, and spare parts. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Support the service team in day-to-day technical tasks as needed. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of mobile phone components and troubleshooting techniques. - Hands-on experience with soldering, part replacement, and software flashing. - Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: - Minimum Graduation. - Minimum 2 years of work experience in mobile servicing or technical support.
