Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Team Lead to join our Marketing Technology team, with a strong background in AI. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies using AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for marketing technology systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing technology platforms.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing technology.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
