Key Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and student engagement
Prepare lesson plans, teaching-learning materials (TLMs), and reflective reports
Conduct demo lessons and classroom observations
Complete online coursework, webinars, and assessments as per schedule
Collaborate with mentors and academic coordinators for performance feedback

Diploma:
20 credits / 303 hours
Commitment:
3.5–4 hrs/day schoolwork + 1–2 hrs/day study (5–10 hrs/week online learning)
Mode:
Hybrid (in-school practicum + self-paced online modules)

Eligibility

Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in Education or related fields)
