Job description

o Teaching, Planning and preparing courses and lessons related to CBSE preparation for Class 11th & 12th

o Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students

o Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement

o Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth

o Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere

o Evaluation of answer papers provided by the CBSE board

o Guide and mentor students in their academic and personal development, offering support and guidance when needed

o Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate actively in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports

o Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns or queries

Desired Candidate profile

o Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (classes 11 and 12) in a reputed English medium school.

o Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess excellent subject knowledge, proficiency in English language skills, and a strong passion for teaching.

o Teaching Methodology: The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern teaching methodologies, possess effective communication skills, and have the ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

o Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance the teaching-learning experience is preferred.

o Professional Development: Continuous learning and professional development are highly encouraged, and candidates who demonstrate a commitment to growth and improvement will be given preference.
