Job Description

Qualification:

Certification in Lifeguarding / CPR / First Aid (mandatory)
Swimming Coaching Certification
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of pool safety

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Coach in conducting swimming training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
Monitor swimmers activities to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
Provide first aid or emergency care if required.
Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene at the poolside.
Support in organizing swimming events, competitions, and practice drills.
Inspect swimming pool facilities and equipment regularly for safety compliance.

Key Skills:

Excellent swimming and rescue techniques
Strong communication and motivational skills
Alertness and quick decision-making
Ability to handle emergencies calmly
