Assistant Store Manager

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager Apparel Retail (Female)

Location: Vaishali Nagar Jaipur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. One weekly off can be taken on any weekday.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Assistant Store Manager for our retail outlet in Jaipur. The candidate should be dynamic, responsible, and able to assist store manager and managing daily store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

-Ensure excellent customer service and manage in-store sales.

-Support with inventory handling, billing, and stock management.

-Maintain store cleanliness, display, and organization.

-Coordinate with staff and help achieve sales targets.

-Address customer queries and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Requirements:

-Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to handle POS, stock, and billing systems.

-Should be reliable, presentable, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
