Role & Responsibilities:

1 Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the sales floor

2 Manage and guide sales executives to achieve store targets

3 Handle premium client interactions and maintain strong customer relationships

4 Support the Store Manager in planning and executing sales strategies

5 Coordinate with visual merchandising, marketing, and backend teams for store performance

6 Track sales reports, manage billing accuracy, and maintain inventory discipline

7 Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills

Desired Profile:

1 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, furniture, or home dcor industry (team-handling experience preferred)

2 Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills

3 Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

4 Ability to handle both walk-in and high-profile clients confidently
