About the Role
This position is responsible for promoting the entire range of Shower Enclosures products within anassigned territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and well-being, possess strongrelationship-building skills, and have a knack for driving sales through effective product presentations andtraining. The role is to drive the overall revenue responsibility for the Shower Enclosures division. You willdrive lot of market development activities within assigned area to bring the desired results in respectivemarket.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the full range of Shower Enclosures (SE) products to builders, dealers, architects and interiordesigners within the assigned territory to develop the market of SE
Collaborate with dealers to maximize product display within their showrooms using Right Display Matrix
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through dealer counters
Guide the sales generation specialist team to effectively convert leads and opportunities into revenue
Develop strong relationships with Architects, Builders and Interior Designers through regular visits,courtesy calls, and one-on-one meetings
Regularly communicate with builders and Architects throughout the project cycle, addressing theirconcerns and providing updates
Emphasize the return on investment (ROI) your products offer, including cost savings, increasedefficiency, and enhanced resident satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Post graduation/Engineering degree preferred.
Experience: Proven track record of 5-7 years experience in sales or related field as Businessdevelopment, Product Promotions
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with pleasing personality, including ability toeffectively communicate with internal and external customers
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
