For more details go through website: LeapStart Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager , you will assist prospective students in selecting the right educational programs by understanding their academic background and career goals. Your role includes counselling, lead conversion, career advising, and ongoing student support. Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with students via calls, emails, and chats to assess their career aspirations. ● Recommend suitable programs, explain course details, and address queries. ● Convert leads into enrolments through personalized guidance and follow-ups. ● Advise students on career opportunities, internships, and job placements. ● Maintain student records in the CRM and track lead conversions. ● Conduct webinars, workshops, and counselling sessions. ● Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ● Conversion Rate : Percentage of leads converted into students. ● Lead Management : Timely follow-ups and status updates in CRM. ● Counselling Sessions : Number of successful counselling sessions conducted per day/week. ● Team Collaboration : Cooperation and alignment with the sales team for lead generation and conversion.
