Client Onboarding: Help onboard new clients by collecting necessary documentation, conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Needs Assessment: Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives Product Knowledge: Stay updated on a wide range of financial products and services offered by the institution, such as banking products, investment options, and insurance offerings Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial situations and portfolios to provide recommendations on investment strategies and financial solutions Account Management: Assist clients with account-related activities, including fund transfers, account statements, and investment transactions Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional financial products or services to existing clients based on their needs and financial goals Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on client portfolios, investment performance, and other relevant data for review by senior relationship managers or clients themselves Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all client interactions and activities comply with industry regulations and internal compliance standards
