Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) Achieve Sales Targets (Premium & Revenue) to contribute to the company level growth target. 2) Develop and strengthen relationship with the Banks branch team. 3) Prospecting and engaging with the walk-in customers in the branch and do a quick need analysis’. 4) Engage to improve customer awareness about Life products and improve target penetration within the branch’s customer base. 5) Ensure seamless delivery and adherence to sales processes. Preferred candidate profile • Graduates and above. • Atleast 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales and stable candidates. • Good relationship building and communication skills. • Basic proficiency in English apart from one other local language.
