Roles and Responsibilities : Manage the Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless month-end reporting processes. Identify areas for improvement in RTR processes and implement changes as needed. Job Requirements : 3-10 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of RTR, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany accounting principles. Proficiency in preparing balance sheets, journal entries, and other financial statements.
