Assistant Quantity Surveyor (PEB)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Project Manager PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings). The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery of PEB and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing site inspections, expediting project schedules, supervising logistics, and ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications. The role also involves proactively addressing project challenges and maintaining efficient communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management and Expediting processes
• At least 57 years of PEB experience
• Experience in Inspection and Expeditor roles
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordination
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with construction or PEB industry practices is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
