Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and Manage work orders from initiation to closure in Highrise system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and review work orders, agreements, and contract amendments in a timely manner.
Utilize ERP reports to track project progress, costs, and budgets.
Ensure accurate data entry into ERP Systems(Highrise) for efficient record-keeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (Highrise) for report generation and data analysis.
* Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 40 wpm).
* Ability to prepare clear and concise reports using MS Office tools.
