Role Overview:

Assistant Project Manager (APM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring all phases of corporate interior projects.
  
• Help prepare project schedules, budgets, and material procurement lists.
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Support in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and material submittals to ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
  
• Track project progress and update daily/weekly reports for internal and client review.
  
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to check on progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and client communications.
  
• Support project handover activities, ensuring all snag lists are closed and documentation is complete.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  
• years of experience in interior fit-out or corporate workspace projects.
  
• Strong understanding of design drawings, materials, and interior construction processes.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
