Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager - Execution

As an APM/PM (Execution) at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our ongoing Corporate Interiors projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met by collaborating closely with your team members. Your proven experience in project management and leadership skills will be essential for successfully overseeing projects of different scales. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery, defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, monitoring project progress through detailed plans, managing changes effectively, measuring project performance, and reporting to management when necessary. You will also be responsible for client and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining vendor relationships, and creating comprehensive project documentation. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with a strong track record in project management, excellent communication skills, both with clients and internally, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification, would be advantageous.
