Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager in Fire Protection and Alarm Services at JLL, you will be a vital part of the team, working closely with project leads to ensure project success. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of small projects and support major ones, playing a key role in optimizing outcomes for all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the organizational structure of each project, streamlining communication and working procedures, and establishing clear project objectives. Your presence at project meetings will be essential, and you will be responsible for creating project-related reports, analyses, and reviews. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role, as you will be tasked with forecasting project expenditures and managing project budgets effectively. In this role, you will also be responsible for building strong client relationships and upholding excellence in project delivery. You will work with professional consultants for project design and documentation, oversee contract administration with vendors, and identify and mitigate project risks. Your ability to address problems, improve services, and implement new strategies with a sense of urgency will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and monitoring project works, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and design consultants for Fire Protection and Alarm services - Managing shop drawings, work method statements, and documentation processes - Monitoring the delivery of materials and ensuring construction measures align with design specifications - Participating in testing, commissioning activities, and overseeing the handover of Fire Protection and Alarm services packages Required Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical Years of Experience: 8+ Specific Skills or Certifications: Experience working on Fire Protection and Alarm Services projects for commercial projects, knowledge of high side and low side systems Core Competencies: - Fire Protection and Alarm Services knowledge - Design management - Execution and quality management - Communication skills Join JLL today and be a part of our legacy of project success.
