About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Computer Science Faculty to join our team for a full-time teaching position at an engineering institute in Jangaon . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to undergraduate students, fostering an engaging learning environment, and contributing to curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures and hands-on sessions on core Computer Science subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, AI & ML, Cloud Computing, and Software Engineering. Design, develop, and update course materials, assignments, and assessments in line with the latest industry trends. Guide students on academic projects, research work, and technical competitions . Conduct practical sessions to enhance students coding and problem-solving skills. Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing timely feedback. Mentor students in career guidance, research, and internship opportunities. Stay updated with advancements in technology and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies . Participate in faculty meetings, academic events, and curriculum development discussions . Contribute to research and publications in the field of Computer Science. Required Qualifications & Skills: PhD in Computer Science from a recognized university. Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in an academic setting. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or R . Experience in conducting practical lab sessions using industry-relevant tools and platforms. Familiarity with modern pedagogy, learning management systems (LMS), and digital teaching tools . Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills . Passion for teaching, research, and student engagement . Preferred Qualifications: Published research papers in reputed journals. Industry experience or collaboration with academic research projects.
