About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Computer Science Faculty to join our team for a full-time teaching position at an engineering institute in Jangaon . The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, designing course content, and engaging in academic research and student mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Teach core Computer Science subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, AI & ML, Cloud Computing, and Software Engineering. Develop and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and assignments to enhance student learning. Design and evaluate academic projects and research work for students. Conduct laboratory sessions and hands-on programming exercises using relevant tools and technologies. Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams, and provide timely feedback. Guide students in internships, career development, and industry-relevant certifications . Stay updated with the latest advancements in Computer Science and emerging technologies . Participate in faculty meetings, research initiatives, and curriculum development activities . Encourage interactive and innovative teaching methodologies to improve student engagement. Required Qualifications & Skills: M.Tech in Computer Science from a recognized university. Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in an academic setting. Strong command of programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or R . Hands-on experience in conducting practical lab sessions and coding workshops . Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems), digital tools, and modern teaching techniques . Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills . Passion for teaching, research, and student engagement . Preferred Qualifications: Published research papers or contributions to academic journals. Industry experience or collaborations with research projects. Certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Full Stack Development .
