Job Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Pediatric Surgeon to join our hospital and be part of our growing clinical and academic team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive surgical care to neonatal, infant, and pediatric patients.
Perform and assist in elective and emergency pediatric surgical procedures.
Manage pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up of patients.
Supervise residents and junior doctors in clinical and surgical activities.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures and bedside training.
Participate in academic activities such as seminars, case discussions, and CMEs.
Guide and contribute to clinical research, audits, and publications.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Coordinate with anesthesiology, pediatrics, NICU, and other allied departments.
Follow ethical medical practices and adhere to NMC/NABH guidelines.
Participate in departmental administration and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with recent advances in pediatric surgery.
