Role Summary

The Assistant Professor – Marketing & HR is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to academic development, student mentoring, research, and institutional activities in line with university and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing and Human Resource Management as assigned.
• Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, study materials, and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Use innovative teaching methods including case studies, simulations, presentations, and experiential learning.
• Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and examinations as per academic schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
