Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBG) Nursing. The candidate will play a vital role in teaching, guiding, and mentoring students while ensuring excellence in academic and clinical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations in OBG Nursing.
• Supervise B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing students during clinical postings in maternity and gynecology wards.
• Guide students in research, dissertations, and project work.
• Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and evaluation tools.
• Actively contribute to curriculum development, departmental meetings, and institutional committees.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and research activities.
• Promote ethical practices and ensure adherence to professional standards in nursing education.

Qualification & Requirements

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing (Specialization in OBG Nursing).
• Experience: 1–4 years of teaching/clinical/academic experience (freshers with strong academic records may also be considered).
• Registration: Valid HNRC (Haryana Nurses Registration Council) registration is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Passion for teaching and academic excellence.
