Job Title: Assistant Professor.

Departments: Food Technology.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E) in Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing / Dairy Technology / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Safety or relevant specialization.

• First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor's (B.Tech) or Master’s degree.

Teaching & Academics:

Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core Food Technology subjects such as:

• Food Processing & Preservation

• Food Microbiology

• Food Chemistry

• Food Packaging

• Dairy Technology

• Food Safety & Quality Control

Skill set required:

2–5 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, especially in roles related to:

• Product Development

• Food Quality Control

• Regulatory Affairs (e.g., FSSAI compliance)

• Food Packaging

• R&D labs (CFTRI, NIFTEM, ICAR, etc.)

Experience

• Fresher or up to 2 years of teaching/research/industry experience post-M.Tech.

• Teaching experience during M.Tech (as a teaching assistant) is considered desirable.

Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh
