Job Description

Qualifications

Required:

A Ph.D. (or equivalent terminal degree) in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with clear specialization in blockchain, crypto, FinTech.
Demonstrated expertise in areas such as blockchain fundamentals, cryptocurrency economics, DeFi, or distributed ledger technology.
Strong record of academic research (publications, conference presentations).
Effective teaching skills and experience designing innovative, technology-oriented courses.

Preferred:

Industry experience—particularly in blockchain development, smart contracts (e.g., Solidity, Rust), or crypto system implementation.
Familiarity with platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana or proficiency in programming languages relevant to blockchain (e.g., Solidity, Python, Rust, Go). (
Proven success in securing research grants or funding.
Established connections with fintech industry and regulatory stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
