Job Description:

Asia Pacific Institute of Business Administration, a Gujarat University–affiliated institute located in Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Communication Faculty to join its academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing students’ English language proficiency and communication skills, with a focus on academic, professional, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in English Communication as per Gujarat University syllabus
• Develop students’ skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Train students in professional communication, presentation skills, group discussions, and interview skills
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations
• Mentor and guide students for academic and career development
• Participate in academic meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional activities
• Maintain discipline and adhere to institute and university guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in English / Communication / Linguistics or a related field (as per Gujarat University norms)
• Prior teaching experience in a college or management institute will be preferred
• Strong command over English language and effective classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
