Assistant Professor

East Point College of Higher Education is currently in search of enthusiastic and qualified Assistant Professors to join the Department of Business Administration. As an Assistant Professor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding academic excellence and fostering innovation in teaching practices while actively contributing to the growth of the department and the institution as a whole. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging lectures for both Undergraduate (BBA) and Postgraduate (MBA) courses, assisting in academic planning and the execution of departmental activities, ensuring adherence to the university curriculum, and developing creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring student attendance, academic performance, conducting assessments, participating in faculty meetings, providing student mentoring, and engaging in various institutional events. To be considered for this role, you must hold a B.Com or BBA degree along with an MBA qualification. Possessing a NET/SLET qualification is desirable. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in higher education is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities, and showcase proficiency in utilizing educational technology, multimedia tools, and online teaching platforms.
