Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Professor in BCA to join our academic team. The role involves teaching undergraduate students, mentoring them in academic and career growth, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in Computer Science, programming, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core and elective courses in Computer Applications (Programming, Database Management, Web Technologies, Software Engineering, Networking, etc.).
• Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examination materials.
• Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
• Engage in curriculum development to meet industry standards.
• Contribute to departmental academic events, workshops, and seminars.
• Participate in research, publications, and professional development activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Department/College Management.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Master’s Degree (MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/M.Tech in Computer Science or IT) from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (or equivalent).
• UGC NET/Ph.D. in Computer Science/Computer Applications (preferred as per UGC norms).
• Strong academic background and expertise in programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python), Database Systems, Web Development, Cloud Computing, and related areas.
• Prior teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Research orientation with published work in journals/conferences (preferred).
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
