We are hiring for the Assistant professor for the commerce department, details given below

Qualification & Experience

• M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in PU/UG level (Commerce subjects)
• NET/Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Commerce subjects at PU and Degree (B.Com/BBA) level.
• Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and teaching materials.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and assessments.
• Guide students in projects, assignments, and academic performance.
• Maintain student discipline, attendance, and academic records.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvements.
• Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and co-curricular activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings and institutional development activities.
• Ensure adherence to university/board guidelines and examination standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong subject knowledge in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, etc.)
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to adapt innovative teaching methods.
• Team-oriented with administrative and academic collaboration skills.

Location: Ebenezer Group of Institutions, Kothanur, Bangalore 77
Salary: Rs 20,000 – Rs30,000 per month
Notice Period: 30 days
