Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Hostel Warden (Male for Boys Hostel / Female for Girls Hostel) to oversee the day-to-day operations and well-being of students residing in the hostel. The Warden will ensure the safety, discipline, and overall development of hostel residents, while maintaining a comfortable and conducive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall discipline and decorum in the hostel premises.
• Supervise daily activities and manage hostel routines (attendance, lights out, etc.).
• Ensure safety and well-being of the students, especially during emergencies.
• Handle grievances, conflicts, or behavioral issues among students tactfully.
• Coordinate with administration for maintenance, repairs, and facility management.
• Maintain records of hostel occupancy, movement registers, and daily logs.
• Ensure hygienic and safe living conditions, including regular housekeeping checks.
• Monitor in-time and out-time of residents; maintain visitor records.
• Organize and supervise hostel activities and mentoring sessions when needed.
• Be available on call for any emergency or medical assistance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any

Exp: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar residential/hostel warden role.

Should be disciplined, trustworthy, and student-friendly.

Language: If you know multiple language added an advantage

Willing to stay on campus (residential position preferred).

Location: Bangalore
Salary Range: Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
