Chris Canadian Degree College, Bangalore, is inviting applications from passionate and dedicated educators to join our growing institution. We are hiring for the following positions:

• 5 Commerce Faculties
• 2 Management Faculties
• 2 Computer Science Faculties

Role Overview

Faculty members will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, engaging in academic research/activities, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the college.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in assigned subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
• Guide, mentor, and support students in academic and career development.
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate student performance.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and curriculum development.
• Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
• Foster a positive learning environment aligned with the values of the institution.

Eligibility & Qualifications Commerce Faculties (5 Positions)

• Postgraduate degree (M.Com/MBA/PhD preferred) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Teaching/research experience will be an added advantage.

Management Faculties (2 Positions)

• Postgraduate degree (MBA/PhD preferred) in Management, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related specialization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Computer Science Faculties (2 Positions)

• Postgraduate degree (MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages, software development, and emerging technologies.
