Assistant Professor & Associate Professor of Healthcare Management

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in hospital administration and health services management.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and educational content to align with industry trends.
• Conduct and publish original research in peer-reviewed journals on topics related to health systems management.
• Advise and mentor students on academic progress, career paths, and professional development.
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to enhance educational programs and create industry-relevant curriculum.
• Participate in departmental committees, faculty governance, and administrative tasks.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in healthcare.
• Develop and write grant proposals for research projects.

Qualifications:

• Masters or doctorate degree in Hospital Administration, Health Services Management, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• A strong track record of publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
