Assistant Professor /Associate Professor- (IT)

As an ideal candidate for the position of preparing curriculum and instruction for the computer science (BCA/MCA) department, your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing department events and activities. - Mentoring students in their academic achievement and prospects. - Delivering Classroom Lectures / Lab Sessions on Computer Science Core Subjects such as Programming (Android/Java/Python/Unix), DBMS, OS, and Networks. - Arranging guest lectures & workshops for the students in the department. - Formulating a prestigious and well-balanced academic program that encourages research and addresses industry needs. - Articulating and promoting scholarly excellence leading to meaningful products and services for the marketplace and society. - Improvising and adopting best practices from top universities and corporations worldwide. - Providing leadership to earn recognition for the department through participation in conferences, events, and competitions. - Establishing a strong internship and placement program within the department. - Other responsibilities include financial planning, resource allocation, performance evaluations, and cultivating a vibrant work culture. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. - Proven software development experience in programming languages such as Android, Java, Python, and Unix. - Working experience in latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Cloud Computing is an added advantage. - Doctoral qualification or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline is an added advantage. - Must have 2-10 years of teaching experience with an institution of repute and a proven record.,
