Assistant Professor /Associate Professor- ( IT)

As a Computer Science (BCA/MCA) Department Faculty, your primary responsibility will be to prepare curriculum and instruction for the department. You will need to plan and execute various department events and activities while mentoring students in their academic achievements and prospects. Your role will involve delivering Classroom Lectures and Lab Sessions on core Computer Science subjects such as Programming (Android/Java/Python/Unix), DBMS, OS, and Networks. Additionally, you will be arranging guest lectures and workshops to enhance the learning experience for students. It will be your duty to formulate a well-balanced academic program that fosters research and meets the industry's requirements. You are expected to promote scholarly excellence that leads to practical products and services for the marketplace and society. Adopting the best practices from leading universities and corporations worldwide will also be part of your responsibilities. Your leadership will play a crucial role in earning recognition for the department through participation in conferences, events, and competitions. Furthermore, you will establish a robust internship and placement program within the department to enhance students" career prospects. Other responsibilities include financial planning, resource allocation, performance evaluations, and fostering a vibrant work culture within the department. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven software development experience in programming languages like Android, Java, Python, Unix, DBMS, OS, and Networks. - Working experience in advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Cloud Computing will be advantageous. - A doctoral qualification or equivalent expertise in the relevant discipline is a plus. - A minimum of 2-10 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution with a proven track record is required for this position.,
