Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor- Finance

Role Overview: As an Assistant/Associate Finance at DBS Global University, your role will involve teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in areas such as Corporate Finance, FINTECH, Financial Consulting, Banking, and Investments. You will be responsible for developing and updating the curriculum to align with current industry practices, engaging in high-quality research, supervising student projects, and participating in departmental activities. Your contribution towards building industry partnerships and collaborating with external stakeholders will be crucial in delivering cutting-edge education and impactful research. Key Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in finance focusing on Corporate Finance, FINTECH, Financial Consulting, Banking, and Investments. - Develop and update curriculum to incorporate current industry practices and technological advancements. - Engage in high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. - Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships. - Participate in departmental activities and academic service. - Build industry partnerships and collaborate with external stakeholders. - Contribute to the development of executive education or certification programs. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. - Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) will be preferred. - Demonstrated industry experience in financial services, Corporate Finance, FINTECH, or financial consulting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ph.D. in Finance (Preferred). - Candidates with Industry Experience (Preferred). - Experience in academic teaching or corporate training. - Experience with financial technology tools, platforms, or data analytics (Preferred).,
