As an Assistant Production Incharge within the home furnishing unit, your role involves supporting daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely material availability, workforce coordination, and adherence to quality standards. Your strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on involvement on the production floor are essential for success in this position.
