Assistant Printer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Assistant Offset Printer to support our offset printing operations. The ideal candidate will assist the lead printer in setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machines to ensure high-quality printed materials are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating offset printing machines.
• Prepare printing plates, paper stock, and ink mixtures as required.
• Monitor press operations during runs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Load paper and other materials into printing machines.
• Help in adjusting machine settings for proper ink distribution, registration, and alignment.
• Inspect printed materials for errors or defects and make necessary corrections.
• Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead printer.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in offset printing is preferred but not mandatory (training can be provided).
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and machinery.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy paper bundles and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
