Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Operator to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd., responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ETP plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and wastewater treatment.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and control the performance of the ETP plant, including effluent treatment processes.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate records of plant performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an ETP plant or similar role.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.

Experience with wastewater treatment technologies and processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
