Assistant Merchandiser

As an Assistant Merchandiser at CTA Apparels Pvt. Ltd., located in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team to manage buyer accounts, particularly focusing on Zara Inditex or similar international accounts. CTA Apparels is a renowned global leader in garment manufacturing, serving prestigious international fashion brands for over 31 years, with a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include daily communication with buyers such as H&M and Zara Inditex, ensuring compliance with buyer SOPs, assisting in price negotiations, coordinating with design and sampling teams, preparing cost sheets, and tracking fabric/trim sourcing. You will also be responsible for updating and monitoring T&A calendars to ensure timely order execution, collaborating with various internal teams for smooth workflow, preparing order status reports, and promptly escalating any delays or operational risks to the senior team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of experience in apparel merchandising or related roles. Previous experience working with Zara Inditex or similar international buyer accounts is preferred. Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Knowledge of international quality standards and compliance requirements will be an added advantage. The compensation for this position ranges from 30,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on your experience and capabilities. For exceptional candidates, compensation will not be a constraint.
