Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan day to day activities on the basis of priority
Proper distribution of the jobs to be done in all the shifts
Monitor the daily operations and processes
Coordination of the activities
Able to control and monitor the unplanned breakdowns to enable smooth production process.
Able to monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment's.
Execution of activities related to the modification and maintenance of machines
Control and monitor the breakdowns
Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment's and other materials
Undertake Why- Why Analysis during the occurrence of down time .
ISO Documentation
Able to implement cost effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability
Able to monitor production, workflow and time schedules of operators and outside contractors to ensure efficiency, improvement and quality work environment.
Ensuring discipline at the shop floor
General administration of the personnel
Provide technical assistance to the team members

Able to plan and ensure the relevant statutory environment, health and safety procedures are adhered.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in mechanical with 10-12 years' experience in manufacturing industry OR B.Tech (Mechanical) with 8-10 Years of work exp.
