Position: Assistant Manager - Marketing Communication (AM - MARCOM) Job Type: Full-time/Direct-hire role Location: Kolkata, WB Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for development and execution of strategic marketing communication initiatives that enhance the brand's visibility, engage target audiences, and ultimately contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Enhancement: Elevate the Aludecor brand identity through consistent messaging, creative storytelling, and visual elements that resonate with the target market. 2. Audience Engagement: Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to specific audience segments, fostering meaningful connections and driving brand loyalty. 3. Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events, to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and offerings. 4. Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, optimizing performance through data-driven insights and leveraging emerging technologies to maximize reach and impact. 5. Public Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and manage the company's reputation effectively. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals, driving cohesive brand communication across all touchpoints. 7 . Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote products, services, or events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. 8. Market Research : Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for effective communication and engagement. 9. Brand Management : Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. 10 . Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on the performance of marketing communications initiatives and recommend adjustments for improvement. 11. Event Support : Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a similar role. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms. Creative thinker with strong project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
